  1. Shoulder: Place the measuring tape at the point of one of your shoulders. Then stretch the tape across your back to your other shoulder. Don't wrap the measuring tape all the way around your shoulders for this measurement--just point-to-point.
  2. Bust: Take this measurement around the torso and chest where the chest tissue is the fullest. This may be across the nipples, however, this can vary from person to person.

Sizes can vary from 2-3 centimeters because they are measured by hand. 1inch=2.54cm

I love it!!!! It fits really really well, it’s surprisingly comfortable, and it works really really well for chest flattening. It’s easy to get off and on, looks great, and just aahhh! It’s so comfy and it works great! So so glad I finally have a binder. Highly recommend, and can’t wait to order more!!
