I would definitely go a size down than what was recommended, but im yet to put it in the dryer (where it’ll tighten supposedly) so theres that, but otherwise its really comfortable. I’d say it compresses a little bit better than a bra, but again i got a size slightly too large. I recommend this for sure, remember that you’re all valid no matter what! <3
