whenever i move my binder goes up and i have to constantly be pulling it down .
My package arrived in my state, but I’d either left off part of the address or my phone had erased it, so it was being sent back. I immediately emailed them and explained the issue and they sent out another binder immediately with tracking info. My partner was behind excited and relieved to have a binder again! Even with the extended wait time I am more than pleased with the customer service! I’ve order from you guys before for my partner, and will forever order from you guys for their needs. Thank you guys for making one thing less complicated for us!!
Didn’t say When I bought it but apparently it was final sale and I consulted the sizing guide and even went up a size just in case and I cannot even get the thing on and now I can’t even return it😐
