Our patented design uses a double panel binder made with a nylon spandex blend and cotton for extra flattening effect. The binding panel does not go below the chest, so it does not bind your stomach. This material is breathable and it can be comfortably tucked in.

Model is wearing a size 5XL and has the measurements:
Shoulders - 21.5 inches
Chest - 51.5 inches

It's a mostly reliable binder if you get this I'd recommend going over the seams the first 3 months I had it the seams around the binding part ripped
