Our patented design uses a double panel binder made with a nylon spandex blend and cotton for extra flattening effect. The binding panel does not go below the chest, so it does not bind your stomach. This material is breathable and it can be comfortably tucked in. 

Model is wearing a size M and has the measurements:
Shoulders - 16.5 inches
Chest - 34 inches
