I got this many years ago but it worked quite well don’t forget to take care of your body though.

it works well but you can see the straps easy and half to be careful with that, it also mostly just flattens the top part leaving a bit of an under bit that pokes out but other than that works well.

The BEST binders. Worth every penny. Don’t even bother wasting your money on any other brand. These are super durable and hold there safe AND they are comfortable.
